AT stands for "Attack". This stat dictates how effective a tackle is on a player that is breaking through defense. AT is extremely important for defense players and is negligible for offense players. A high AT will increase the chances of the player stealing the ball or bringing the opposing player's EN score to a low enough point so that the next person can steal the ball. It's a very good idea to have defense players with AT equal to or more than the opposing team's AT. Certain special moves such as Wither Tackle can lower the opponent's EN score even more.
